Enough said. Buzo executive chef James Hird, his gorgeous wife Traci Trinder and the main man in management from Manchester Roddy consistently deliver one of the best dining experiences in Australia. Expect great martinis (they are known for a stiff one), the naughty Vincigrassi truffle lasagna and a wine list that is as elegant as the converted terrace building that houses this uber chic eatery. It is hard to pick which element I favor the most. The Buzo tribe tweet @buzo_trattoria, welcome fierce Foursquare competition and more importantly they seem to make a way, or a table, out of no where. I love it all.
